1. Expanded Curriculum: Covering an extensive array of makeup categories, this course provides a deep dive into media makeup, styles, and techniques. Students will practice and familiarize
themselves with working under different concepts and pressures.

2. Work Procedure Development: Students will learn to develop their work procedure from
receiving a brief, conducting research, crafting ideas, exploring techniques, to client
presentation.

3. Diverse Makeup Styles: Explore a wide spectrum of makeup styles, ranging from minimal
skincare makeup to exaggerated forms such as drag queen makeup. Dive into areas like fashion
or colorful makeup, creative makeup, historical makeup (20’s to 90’s), media makeup for still
photos, videos, and movies, stage makeup, beauty pageant makeup, and cultural makeup.

4. Project Coordination: Gradually enhance project coordination skills by working collaboratively with a team, including designers, stylists, hair stylists, costume designers, and photographers.

5. Real-World Learning Approach: Departing from traditional “copy and paste” learning, our instructors guide students through a process of learning, critical thinking, self-assessment, and
hands-on work, mirroring the challenges of the real professional world.
